Welcome to Well & Wise Society! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, subscribing to our wellness boxes, or purchasing from our marketplace, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
Well & Wise Society ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides curated wellness subscription boxes and marketplace products. By subscribing or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Subscription & Billing Terms
2.1 Subscription Cycle
Our subscription operates on a bi-monthly billing and shipping schedule:
- Billing Months 2025:June 1st, August 1st, October 1st, December 1st (Subscribers are charged on these dates)
- Box Months 2025: May 1st, July 1st, September 1st, November 1st (Boxes ship on these dates)
2.2 Initial Sign-Up & Payment
- When you subscribe, you are charged immediately to secure your spot in the next available box cycle.
- If you sign up before the 10th of a billing month, your first box will be in that cycle (e.g., sign up August 8 → first box September 1).
- If you sign up on or after the 10th, your first box will be in the following cycle (e.g., sign up August 12 → first box November 1).
2.3 Subscription Auto-Renewal
- Your subscription automatically renews every other month unless canceled before the next billing date.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for each renewal cycle.
2.4 Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before the 1st of a billing month:
- Cancel before the 1st → No charge, no future boxes.
- Cancel after the 1st→ Already charged, will still receive the next box on the next box month, no further charges.
To cancel your subscription, please log into your account or contact us at info@wellandwisesociety.com before your next billing date.
2.5 Resubscription Policy
- If you cancel your subscription and later decide to rejoin, the same billing and shipping rules apply.
- If you resubscribe before the 10th of a billing month, you will be included in the next box cycle.
- If you resubscribe on or after the 10th, you will enter the following box cycle.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Subscription boxes ship on the 1st of the designated box month.
- Marketplace orders are processed and shipped separately from subscription boxes and typically ship within 3-5 business days via USPS (tracking included).
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
4. Returns, Refunds & Damages
4.1 No Returns or Exchanges
- All sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges for subscription boxes or marketplace products.
4.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@wellandwisesociety.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
- A photo of the damaged item is sufficient for review; returns are not required.
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Personal care products, supplements, perishables, gift cards, and digital products are non-refundable.
- Subscription boxes are final sale and cannot be refunded unless damaged in transit.
5. Account & User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
- You are responsible for updating your account details to avoid disruptions in billing or shipping.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Pricing & Promotions
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- Discounts, promotions, and coupon codes may have restrictions and expiration dates.
- Only one discount code per order is allowed; gift cards can be used for any purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on Well & Wise Society's website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, are owned by us and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Our products are intended for wellness support, but are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before using supplements or wellness products.
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions, personal injuries, or adverse effects from products purchased through our site.
- In no event shall Well & Wise Society be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Customer Support Policy
- Our team responds to inquiries within 24-48 business hours.
- Customer support is available via email (info@wellandwisesociety.com).
- Phone support is not available, but escalations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Florida, and you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
