Subscription Policy
Billing & Shipping Schedule
At Well & Wise Society, we operate on a bi-monthly subscription cycle to ensure a seamless experience for all our members. Here’s how it works:

Billing Date: All subscribers are charged on the 1st of every other month:
- 2026 Billing Months: June 1st, August 1st, October 1st, December 1st

Shipping Date: Boxes ship on the 1st of the following month after billing:
- 2026 Box Months: May 1st, July 1st, September 1st, November 1st
Signing Up for a Subscription

Sign up before the 10th of a billing month → Get the upcoming box!
- Example: Sign up on August 8th → First box arrives September 1st

Sign up on or after the 10th of a billing month → Wait until the next box cycle.
- Example: Sign up on August 12th → First box arrives November 1st
- All new sign-ups are charged immediately to secure their spot in the next available box cycle.
- After the first charge, subscribers follow the regular bi-monthly billing and shipping schedule.
Cancellation Policy
We want to keep things simple! If you need to cancel, here’s how it works:
- Cancel before the 1st of a billing month → No charge, no future boxes.
- Cancel between the 1st-10th of a billing month → You’ve already been charged, but you’ll still receive the upcoming box. You won’t be charged again.
- Cancel after the 10th of a billing month → Your next box is already in production, and you will still receive it. You won’t be charged for any future boxes.
To cancel your subscription, please log into your account or contact us at info@wellandwisesociety.com before your next billing date.
Well & Wise Society Return Policy
At Well & Wise Society, we strive to bring you the highest-quality wellness products, carefully curated from brands we believe in. Due to the nature of our subscription boxes and marketplace, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging your order, but if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@wellandwisesociety.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- We do not accept returns for personal care products, supplements, perishables, or any opened or used items.
- Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
- Subscription box purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged in transit.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
